HIGH STANDARDS FOR SAFETY
An exceptional safety record and adherence to the ever-changing amusement industry standards separates RCI from other ropes course manufacturers. All Ropes Courses, Inc. products are individually engineered, designed, installed, inspected and tailored to meet the appropriate ASTM amusement standards. Specific standards include, but are not limited to, the standard practice for ownership, operation, maintenance, and inspection of amusement rides and devices as well as the standard practice for special requirements for aerial adventure courses and for the design of amusement rides and devices.
Ropes Courses, Inc. also complies with location-based regulations including EN 1090 standards set forth by ADIPS (United Kingdom) and TUV (Germany) amusement industry standards. CE certified safety equipment is attainable for European customers to comply with additional standards when appropriate. The sling line slider assembly is no exception and meets all OSHA and ANSI breaking strength requirements to guarantee participant safety as well.
PARTICIPANT SAFETY SYSTEM
Before each participant ventures onto a ropes course, they are properly outfitted with a full body harness and a redundant sling line. This redundant sling line incorporates into a continuous belay overhead tracking system on every course which prohibits participants from ever disconnecting themselves from the attraction. At the ground level, a certified operator appropriately hooks and unhooks participants into the safety system to further the safety of participants. The entire safety system grants participants the ability to self-rescue, step back on the element and continue on their way throughout the course.
Ropes Courses, Inc. wants to ensure each customer is able to enjoy the highest quality products and services so that all attractions can be operated successfully. The acquisition of new or replacement equipment can occur as it is necessary or per request of the customer.
To provide superior service and ease for the customer, new sling line assemblies, harnesses, track block-offs and even more is available to be purchased directly from Ropes Courses, Inc. When old elements have become worn and need replacement, new elements can be obtained when needed with the assistance of an aftermarket sales staff person. Our elements never lack innovation, excitement or variety which in turn allow the customer to pick from a bounty of viable choices.
Ropes Courses, Inc. also has items such as split pucks, double cable sleeves, sheaves, collars and more available for purchase if desired. As for the entirety of sling lines, all have replacement parts that can be bought as they sustain wear and tear.

All orders are processed in order of receipt and shipped as soon as they are completed. Please refer to our equipment FAQ handout for more information. An element measurement form must be completed when ordering new elements.
RETURNING DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Customers may return both warranty and non-warranty items. A 1-year warranty is offered on all hardware for defects or abnormal wear. If you have questions regarding a return, please contact the aftermarket sales department with pictures, and they will advise. When a product is ready to be returned a Ropes Courses, Inc. representative will provide you with an RMA number for you to ship the item to us. Then the repaired equipment or replacement item will be shipped back to you. Please note that if the return is not a warranty return, time, materials, and/or shipping will be charged.
